Fort Bowie Hike in March

We hiked Fort Bowie a few weeks ago.  It was the home of Geronimo's surrender.  Some new friends of ours came along with us with their little girls.  The hike was 1.5 miles each way and believe it or now, all the kids did great.

We were surprised to find out that the kids could earn junior ranger badges at the visitors center.

And to end the trip, we stopped at a small shop for yummy milkshakes.

February

February was a busy month... We went hiking in the Red Knolls area.  It was a lot of fun.  It was also pretty rocky and slippery so the kids had to be careful.  Unfortunately there was also a lot of broken glass from the countless partying that has gone on here.  It's sad that people can't pick up after themselves.

Our car is in the background...

Playing with our cousin, Peyton.  She sure is cute, reminds me a lot of Paige at that age.

My mom got us tickets to the Renaissance Festival again!  It was a lot of fun.  The tickets also included VIP parking next to the entrance gate.  That was great.

We had a few good snow falls on Mt Graham in February and took the kids up to play in it whenever we could...

Playing with legos is one of the kids favorite things to do....

We got 10 baby chicks on Valentine's day.  They are so cute.  We lost one after a day or two and another a week later but the rest of them are doing great.  They are outside in their chicken coop now.

Paige lost another tooth.... Kevin still hasn't lost any yet.
