Flower Child
I've been having a lot of fun the past few months making bows and flowers for the girls. Here is one of the super huge flowers I made. Isn't she cute?? I just realized how to stretch and make the photos larger in the blog post, I can't believe I didn't know how to do that before! It kind of blurs it, but I like the bigger pictures.

Also I have been told that a short sell takes your credit down by 40 points. It says payed on your credit report. So it is definetely not the same as forclusure. So check with your lender because there is ranges to get certain percentage rates. Example : 620=5.75%, 670=5.00%,720=4.65%. So depending on where your credit score is it may not have that big effect. Plus with the percentage rates where they currently are and the $8,000 tax incentive, there isn't a better time to buy. Go on Yahoo under real estate, put in a 200,000 home at 7% compared to 5% and you will see that the payment is a HUGE DIFFERENCE. Good luck with your decisions,.
